-Change Event Ticket's weight from 10 to 0

-Enabled Custom Dyes and Hair Colors

-Changed Dracula Card
-Will now drain HP instead of SP

-Changed Sniper Card
-Hit +200 instead of 5% chance for 20% Life steal

-Players will now drop skulls when dead(will be used as a quest item)

-Cart weight changed from 8,000 to 15,000
